According to the Ministry of Passport, revised rules for making passports


 The Ministry of External Affairs of the Government of India has issued several new rules on Friday to ease the process of making passports.

 Now passports of saints and saints, children born outside marriage and children of single parents, orphans will also be made easily.

 Also, it will not be mandatory to give the names of both the parents for the passport application.

 What changed

 1. Earlier, people born after 26/01/1989 had to give separate birth certificate.  Now for the date of birth, the school's TC, date of birth written on PAN card, date of birth written on Aadhar card, driving license, voter ID card, insurance policy will also be valid.

 2. Now in the passport application, it will be mandatory to give the name of any one of the parents or the name of the legal guardian.  With this, single parents can now easily apply for passports for their children.  On the demand of the applicant, now only the name of one of the parents can be published on the passport.

 3. Married people no longer need to give marriage certificate or Annexure 'K'.

 4. Orphans who do not have a birth certificate or birth certificate, can give a date of birth on their orphanage or institution's letter pad with the signature of the head of the institution.

 6. Government employees who are not able to get an identity card or a No Objection Certificate from their institute can submit self-proclaimed Annexure-'N 'to take a passport in an emergency.  They have to declare that they have given the information of passport application to their institute.

 7. Saints and saints can now apply for passport by giving their Guru's name as a guardian.  For this, they must have a certificate in which the name of the spiritual teacher as their guardian.

 The Indian government will soon issue a notification to implement these changes.  Also, information about these changes has been given to all passport offices.
