SECTION 95,96, 97 98 OF INDIAN PENAL CODE


                                                    

      - Functions that cause minor offense:  

    Section 95 of the Indian Penal Code says that if a person causes a person to despise a minor, then a person with slight understanding and temperament will not complain about him. So it does not fall under the category of crime.

 - In the case of private immunity, 

Section 96 of the Indian Penal Code says that any act done in private defense is not a crime.



 Right to protection of body and opinion -  

Article 97 of the Indian Penal Code says that every person has the right to work in private immunity of him and others.

1.          Protect your body and body of another person against any crime that influences the human body.2.          If a person tries to commit theft, robbery, robbery, or criminal trespass or theft, robbery, crime, then the other person, regardless of himself or any other person, will protect the real estate of the forest, then he does not commit any crime.

 Right of Private Immunity against a person with a distorted mind, childhood illusion; -

Example: - 

1. A person tries to kill B in the name of a person's insanity. A is not guilty of any crime. But B has the same right of private immunity, which he kept in the condition of a healthy mind.

2. A person is able to enter a house at night which is legally entitled to enter. B. Goodbye treats A as a separator and attacks A to B. Yes, under the confusion, Ai does not commit crimes by attacking A. But ABC reserves the right to private immunity against which he kept it when B did not work under that illusion.
