The work of a distorted mind: - 

          Someone who is distorted mind does any work that is contrary to the law. But the said person is unable to know about the defective work or adverse of the law. So the work done by him is not a crime.

 The work of such a person who is unable to reach the decision due to his intention of being in MaT a person: 

          Someone has given some intoxicants against the deception or desire of a person, and that person is in Malta If he is unable to understand the nature of any work, then the work done by him is not a crime.

- A work done by consent, which does not mean the purpose of causing death or severe consequence, nor does it know the probability of its: -: 

         When two people work with mutual consent and none of them Not that their work will cause death or serious consequences of someone. The said work is not a crime. But mutual consent should be between the people of the age of 18 years.Examples: - A and the other agree to bettry for another game. There is a conflicting opinion about the reasons for not being against the rules of the game of non-violation in such a betting. If he pattes him injured, then he has not committed any crime.
