                                              Indian Penal Code 1860

                                                
Act No. 45 of 1860

                          
Section 1 - Name of the Code and expansion of its enforcement - The name of this act will be the Indian Penal Code and its expansion will be on entire India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
Section 2- Penalty for crimes committed in India: - Every person who acts or omits in contradiction to the provisions of this Code, will be punishable under this Code by making a guilty person within India.
Section 3: Penalties of India, beyond the law, but according to the law, any person who is eligible for consideration in accordance with any Indian law, for any crime done beyond India, for any work carried out outside India Such behavior will be done as if he did that work within India.
Section 4-Extension of the Code on three offenses- Provision of this Code, in any place beyond India and beyond, by any citizen of India or on any vessel or aircraft registered in India, be it any crime committed by a person Is also applicable.

    
Targeting any computer device located in India, causing a crime by a person in a place outside and outside India.

 

     
According to the Indian Penal Code, according to the Indian Penal Code, every act which is punishable in India, it will be punishable in this Code even outside India.

    
The computer means the same meaning which is in the clause of sub-section 1 of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act 2000.
