 - The work which is likely to cause harm, but which is done without the criminal subject and for the prevention of other abuses ----

           - Section 81 of the Indian Penal Code says that if a person makes small losses to save some big loss, then that action is not a crime, then the work has been done without criminal subjects. Example: - If the driver of a bus suddenly tries to save the cycle, then suddenly the person sitting in that bus will be in danger, then he kills the bike to save the rider, so this task is not a crime. Because he does this work faithfully. Example: - A person drops the housewife to prevent the fire from failing at a big fire. He does this work harmony with the object of saving human life or property.

  Functions of children below seven years: -

 Section 82 of the Indian Penal Code states that there is no such crime which is done by a person under the age of seven years. Criminals in Indian Convention Under this section, no crime can be avoided by children.

  Exemption from the above but not less than twelve years of work:

 Section 83 of the Indian Penal Code says that a child who is from 7 years to 12 years of age is not mature enough. And his behavior is such that if he does not understand the consequences of doing the work, then the work done by him will not be considered as a crime.
